Racing Cycle sends parcels via DPD, Correos Express and NACEX.
If you have a preference, in the final step of placing your order, in the comments field, you can specify which of the above carriers you would like to make the delivery.

Pick-up must take place on weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
If all Products are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
For items that are "on request", we split the order in order to receive the items in stock as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by Racing Cycle with an estimated delivery time for the remaining items Products. In these cases of split shipments, you will only be charged postage once.

Once we have processed your order, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address with the details for making the payment. Once you have sent us the receipt, we will start processing your order.
Requests to return items must be made within a maximum of 15 days.
If you have any complaints, please send them by e-mail to fa*******@ra*********.net within a maximum of 8 days.
After these deadlines, no claims or returns can be accepted.
